One caveat, though - it's possibly the most difficult dress I've ever put together. The front yoke/overlay is very confusing, but with some work I was able to figure it out. I recommend this pattern to experienced seamstresses. The shape is unusual and incredibly charming, and everybody who saw the dress absolutely loved it. I did have a slight problem in the fit - the skirt underneath the drape is a very tight fit over the hip but tended to curve nicely under the bottom. To alleviate the problem, I would insert some godets there, or alter the pattern to have a bit more room. I'd recommend making this up in a very flowy fabric. The drape and movement is what makes the dress awesome. Silk, rayon and wool, and probably not a cotton."
