There are some parts that are skimmed over - for example, I'm still not entirely sure what they wanted you to do with the front facing if you're lining it. However, there are few pieces so it does go together quickly. I like the tassels on the sleeves and front collar - it gives the robe a nice weight. The sleeves are a little shorter than indicated on the pattern envelope. I would make them a few inches longer if I made this again. For my kimono, I used velvet for the body and silk charmeuse for the sleeves, collar and lining."
