Note on sizing: Following the design on the pattern envelope, the center front and back hem skims the knee. Keep this in mind when planning your mock-up, you may wish to add length.

Ladies and misses slip-on dress with V shaped neck and Scarf Collar, gathered at center front with loose hanging ends in back. Long dart-fitted sleeves (or can be made sleeveless). Dress has attached two-piece circular skirt with hemline dipping at each side of front and back and a crushed hip-line girdle to complete the look. Front neck-line and girdle may be finished with a flower or decorative pin, and girdle would finish nicely with a purchase decorative buckle.
