This dress is really three dresses in one and will make your wardrobe appear more extensive. The drape and tunic are attached to separate belts, which means you may wear the dress plain, with the tunic, or, when you want it to appear a little dressier, wear the front drape. The neck and side band is of contrast. It is easy-to-make and a small amount of additional material gives you three changes.
