DRESS AS SHOWN 39 Inch Wide Material - Without Nap 3-1/4 Yards 35 Inch Wide Contract Material (Collar & Ruffles) 7/8 Yard See below for a review of this pattern: "Five stars from 'seamstress and vintage fashion specialist' - This is a simple but beautiful dress. I made the collar the vintage way which is using only one layer of sheer fabric. Any mistakes turning the lace under to finish the edge will result in bad stretching when pulling the stitching out. If you are going to use just the one layer of fabric (rather than two with the lace in between and then turning them) it might be wise to experiment first so that the collar is stretch free."
