Everything went together smoothly & quickly. I did a muslin first and would recommend this to anyone else to ensure a proper fit. The back skirt pieces with a bias edge will stretch a bit (mine did in the micro velvet I used) and I ended up taking in the bodice at the sides as I'm not quite as bountiful as the pattern allows for. The center back skirt piece has wonderful flare and movement.' This duBarry pattern was originally created by Dec. 30, 1939 and has been re-digitized into it's current format.
